CARBURETOR OR FUEL INJECTION? I'm frequently asked if this book is for fuel injected engine. Let me answer that with a quote from MotorBook's "How To Tune & Modify CHRYSLER FUEL INJECTION":

"Power comes from air. Every performance engine builder knows this, yet many people think that power comes from increasing the amount of fuel..... Add extra air and you add extra power."

We're in the business of pumping more air into engines, and not the fuel delivery business. Either a carburetor or a fuel injection system can do that well. We provide information on using carburetors with boost simply because its harder to find. However, there are books like MotorBook's "How To Tune & Modify Ford (or Chrysler) Fuel Injection" or PowerPro's "Fuel Injection" readily available at large book stores that provide all the information needed to supercharge or turbocharge an F.I. engine.

So the vast bulk of the material in the 21 st Century Turbo Book is applicable to either carbureted or Fuel Injected engines.
